Located on the bluff at the northwest corner of the Atlas Crossroads. Nancy Ross is buried nearby but not in this cemetery. She was the first white child born in Pike County, Illinois. 102 recorded burials.
Located near Route 54 northeast of Atlas. This cemetery has long been abandoned and is likely not accessible. A fenced portion of this cemetery containing Marions and Mooneys is often confused with the Mooney-Marion Cemetery lower on the hillside. 102 recorded burials.
Located on Highway 96 northwest of Atlas. 355 recorded burials.
Located low on the same hill as Ball's Bluff, 2 miles northeast of Atlas. 29 recorded burials.
Located in the northeast quarter of Section 20. 63 recorded burials.
Located in the northest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 17, off Highway 96. Stones are scattered for 1/4 mile on top of the bluff. 96 recorded burials.
Located in the southwest quarter of Section 7, about 1 mile northwest of Rockport on Dutch Creek Road. 881 recorded burials, plus 2 nearby but separate.
Located in Section 12 north of Summer Hill on the west side of Highway 54. 63 recorded burials.

A family plot located in the southeast quarter of Section 27. 15 recorded burials.
Located about 3.5 miles west of Atlas and southwest of Summer Hill in Section 29. Was once accompanied by Black Oak church and school across the street. 76 recorded burials.
Located about 1.5 miles east of Martinsburg. Rosebud school stands abandoned across the street. 506 recorded burials.

Located in Section 26. 13 recorded burials based on family history but there were only 2 stones visible. Many field and creek stones mark more burials.

Located about 1 mile east of Route 54 between Summer Hill and New Hartford. 382 recorded burials.
Located in Section 31 through dense woods. 53 recorded burials.
Located a few blocks east of Route 54 in Summer Hill. 492 recorded burials.
Located about 1 mile north of Martinsburg in the northeast quarter of Section 15. 36 recorded burials but only 14 stones were standing and several more were buried.

Located on the northwest side of Pleasant Hill. Some burials were moved here from the Old Sapp Cemetery. Sweetheart and Kate, the faithful horses of Dr. Thomas, are buried in the northwest corner. 2436 recorded burials.
Located in Section 8 near Dry Fork Creek. 23 recorded burials.
A family plot located in Section 3. 13 recorded burials but there were only 3 stones visible, only 1 of which was standing.
Located in the southeast quarter of Section 26. 22 recorded burials, some of which were outside the fenced area.

Located in the southwest quarter of Section 12. May have been named for the landowner in 1872 as there was no one by the name of Mason found there. 230 recorded burials.
Located just northwest of Pleasant Hill on the east side of Highway 96. Many bodies were moved from this cemetery to Crescent Heights when it was established later. 42 recorded burials.
Located in the northwest quarter of Section 26 about 2 miles southeast of Pleasant Hill. 119 recorded burials.
Located in the southwest quarter of Section 26. 7 recorded burials but likely more.
Located in Sections 7 and 8 on top of the bluff west of 6 Mile Creek and about 2 miles from Pleasant Hill. 421 recorded burials.
Cannon-Hubbard: Located in Section 9. 2 recorded burials.
Old Venable: Located east of Cannon-Hubbard Cemetery. 6 recorded burials.
Lapp: Located in Section 10, east of Old Venable Cemetery. 3 recorded burials but only 1 visible stone.
Dodge: Located inside the Bay Creek Levee, the only cemetery in this township below the bluff. 8 recorded burials.
Emert: Located in Section 8. 1 recorded burial.
Ferguson: Located southeast of Pleasant Hill in Section 22. 2 recorded burials.
Berry: Located in Section 5. Nameless limestone slabs once marked some burials but none were visible.
Henry: Located in Section 35. 4 recorded burials.
A small family plot located in Section 1, on a hill between Pleasant Hill and Atlas. 7 recorded burials.
Located north of Detroit and south of Griggsville in the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 2. Many veterans and early settlers rest here, including Rebecca Burlend and several family of her family members. 592 recorded burials.
Located about 1.5 miles north of Pittsfield in the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 18 on Highway 107. 787 recorded burials.
A family plot located in the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 28. 5 recorded burials.
Located in the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section 26, about 4.5 miles east of Pittsfield, about 1 mile south of Highway 106. 16 recorded burials.
Located in the southeast quarter of Section 23, about 3/4 of a mile south of Newburg Corner (on Highway 106). 34 recorded burials but there are likely many more.
Located 2.5 miles northeast of Pittsfield in Section 6. Was once accompanied by a church on the grounds. The schoolhouse still stands up the road by the highway. 400-500 recorded burials.
Located in the northwest quarter of Section 17, about 1.5 miles northeast of Pittsfield. Was once accompanied by a schoolhouse on the grounds and a church just up the street. 26 recorded burials.
McKibben: 2 burials just south of Sunny Hill
Tripp (Keys): Located in the southwest quarter of Section 27. 7-11 recorded burials.
Mormontown: Located just north of the now disappeared city of Mormontown between Pittsfield and Detroit along Highway 106, in the southeast quarter of Section 15. No record of individual burials has been found but it is possible it was fairly large and included Silas Smith's resting place. No stones remain standing.
Located near the Almshouse in the center of Section 35. Cemetery records include names of people who lived, died and are buried at the Farm.
Located in Pittsfield on the north side of West Cemetery (but is a separate organization). St. Stephens Church was the building that is now the Masonic Temple. Around 200 recorded burials.
Located in the southeast quarter of Section 12 on the land of the township's first settler. 23 recorded burials but few stones remain.
Located on the south side of Pittsfield on the Martinsburg Road. This cemetery is the resting place of many early Pittsfield settlers and prominent figures including Reuben Scanland, Pittsfield's first mayor, and his family. About 1000 recorded burials.
Located in the west area of Pittsfield. At least 2000 recorded burials plus a mausoleum. This cemetery is the resting place of many prominent Pittsfield families. Not associated with St. Stephens Cemetery.
Iftner/Orr: Located in Section 18. 10 recorded burials.
Tasmette/Willsey: Located in the northwest quarter of Section 34. 9 recorded burials.
Unplaced: At least 21 burials described as being buried in a Pittsfield cemetery, though the cemetery is not named.
Located about 1 mile south of Chambersburg. 544 recorded burials.
Located in the southwest quarter of Section 20, about 2 miles south of Chambersburg. 32 recorded burials.
Located in the northeast quarter of Section 31. Few stones remain and those that do were broken. It is unknown how many burials are here but 7 stones could be pieced together.
Located in the northeast quarter of Section 5 on top of a very high, narrow ridge. 110 recorded burials.
At least 3 more scattered burials.
Located in the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section 7. 21 recorded burials.
Located in the southeast quarter of Section 3. 70 recorded burials.
Located in Section 19. 8 recorded burials but only 7 stones visible.
Located in the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 4, almost on the county line. 11 recorded burials based on remaining stones and Jess Thompson's Pike County History book.
Located in the southeast quarter of Section 29, south of Fishhook. Cemetery is accompanied by a church on the grounds, the first church building erected in the township. The school was built first so services could be held there while the church was built. The school is no longer standing. About 350 recorded burials though there are many unmarked whose records have been lost.
Brower: Located in the southwest quarter of Section 14. 5 possible burials though stones were hard to see.
English: Located in the northwest quarter of Section 31. 15 recorded burials.
Rust: In the 1872 platbook, this cemetery was located in the northwest quarter of Section 22. It is no longer visible.
Located in the northwest quarter of Section 5. There are two parts to this cemetery, about 100 yards away from each other. A total of 13 recorded burials.
A small family plot located in Section 33 above Burns Spring near the Illinois River. One large stone bears the names of 5 people.
North of Valley City: On the bluff, there were many early burials either unmarked or marked with creek rocks. Two infantry soldiers' graves are marked with official government stones. There are at least 14 burials in this area. There are more burials just south of this group. There are at least 7 graves marked with creek rocks and may be more unmarked. Record of 4 burials was found in courthouse records.
Blue Creek: There were also several burials on a ridge along the creek that were marked by creek rocks that have since disappeared from sight, but may be the Fry and Reynolds families.
There are at least 3 more scattered burials.
Located on Benjamin Elledge's farm in the southwest quarter of Section 2. 10 recorded burials but stones were broken and scattered so there could be more.
Located just east of Griggsville in the southeast quarter of Section 14. A list obtained from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints library in Salt Lake City has been revised with additional information found in Jess M. Thompson's Pike County History book. 32 recorded burials.
Located on the northwest side of Griggsville. This is the resting place of many early settlers and prominent families including Charles Philbrick, one of President Lincoln's private secretaries. 1900+ recorded burials.
Located in the northwest quarter of Section 6. About 250 recorded burials plus one in woods nearby on Mossy Mountain.
Located just south of Maysville in the northwest quarter of Section 19. About 75 recorded burials.
Located in the southeast quarter of Section 29, between Pittsfield and Griggsville on Highway 107. About 75 recorded burials.
Located in Section 26, about 2 miles southeast of Perry. About 50 recorded burials but most stones were not standing.
Located in the southwest quarter of Section 11, west of Chambersburg on Highway 104. The only road to it is someone's home driveway. About 60 recorded burials.
Located in Section 21, just northeast of Perry. 150-200 recorded burials.
Located in the northeast corner of Section 1. Few stones remain standing or even visible. 34 recorded burials.
A small family plot located in the southwest quarter of Section 4 on Highway 107. 13 recorded burials.
Located in the northwest quarter of Section 18. 35 recorded burials but at least 15 more marked by creek rocks or unmarked.
Located just west of Perry. Includes 3 cemeteries: McCord of the east side, Wilson on the west side and the northeast corner of Wilson is called The Old Baptist. These cemeteries are the resting place of many early area settlers and prominent local families. Over 1000 recorded burials.
A small plot south of Perry. A few stones stand. 5 recorded burials.
