How to Donate
Monetary Donations
If you would like to support us with a monetary donation you may send a check to The Pike County Historical Society, P.O. Box 44, Pittsfield, IL 62363 or use PayPal with our email pikecountyilhistoricalsociety@gmail.com
If you want to donate to a specific project please let us know.
Artifact Donations
If you would like to donate an artifact, we prefer that you make arrangements with a board member to meet at the museum so this can be done in person. If that is not possible, you can fill out and sign the Deed of Gift form below and send your carefully packaged donation and completed forms to us in the mail. Please contact us prior to mailing.
If you require an appraisal of your donated items please have it done before donating. Any appraisals are the responsibility of the donor. The Pike County Historical Society does not appraise items or recommend appraisers.

PCHS Deed of Gift: Read and sign this if you are donating an artifact. This is an agreement between you and the museum. The Donor Information page helps us tell the accurate story of your item. You may attach extra pages if needed. Please tell us as much as possible so we can pass accurate information on for future generations.
If you would like to discuss the Conditions and Restrictions page please contact us. This page is to insure your wishes are met. If you are loaning an artifact an additional loan agreement will be needed. If you would like a copy signed by a PCHS board member returned to you please ask.
